MyCar and Autolink (rebrand of MyCar for Rockford) were removed from telematics compatibility from ALCA. Those telematics are communicating @ 3.3V instead of 5V as per our iDatalink protocol requirement. 3.3V signal is incompatible with ALCA. Any attempt to make it work will result in intermittent communication over temperature change.
MyCar and Autolink are compatible with all other RS product that we manufacture. Only ALCA hardware is not compatible. See compatibility chart.
MyStart is not affected since it’s a completely different product than MyCar. (not same hardware at all)
